Hot-Steam® BO4 covers are commonly used on BO1 sleeve boards for those hard-to-press areas on a shirt sleeves.
Includes a set of 2 replacement covers to fit 3-1/2" and 4-1/2" width x 23" long sleeve boards. Simply slip onto the sleeve board and tighten the strings. Made of heat-resistant nylon.
